XPPen Artist 16 (2nd generation) Laminated Display Drawing Tablet Review

If you're after a good quality, well-made and responsive pen display drawing pad at a useful size, then I'd say the 15,4 inch XPPen Artist 16 (2nd gen).

The XPPen Artist 16 (2nd Gen) is a beautiful pen display with solid build quality, good colour accuracy and fantastic drawing performance.

It comes with a 1920 x 1080 FHD resolution and can display 94% of the wide Adobe RGB color space. It's a staple for designers and studios who want a wide gamut-screen that is beneficial for creating eye-popping content.

An anti-glare monitor is ideal for most art drawing work, because the enhanced dark color vibrancy helps to reduce eye strain.

plus, laminated displays have all three layers tightly sandwiched as one whole with no air gap whatsoever.

The new X3 Smart Chip accurately recognizes the pen's electromagnetic signals by turning them into digital signals for precise transmission.

without the spring mechanism, the stylus performs better than any other existing XP-PEN stylus. which comes with a more subtle initial pressure sensitivity and a much shorter tip retraction.

Everything is crisp, the kit it comes with is great. Love the feel of the pen in my hands, the programable buttons and the drawing glove are a huge help.

You can use the $50 saved to buy a USB-C video cable if you want USB-C to USB-C connection, and/or a stand because these two items are not included.
